If you are after a comparison of functions then you'd probably be best to look at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/onenote . I personally prefer OneNote because I can use it offline and maintain the only copy of my notes on my machine ... or I can share it for [read/write] collaboration.
Clipboard really is just one of the crowd for this software genre. It's a centralised architecture that lends itself to quick and good looking social network sharing... The lighter, more fun side of information collection, sharing and collaboration! :-p
